Vantage Hall staff serve in loco parentis, both legally and pastorally, which means Mentor-Tutors are expected to model exceptionally high standards of personal behavior in support of our students’ overall welfare and well-being. Our commitment to students extends beyond academics and extracurricular activities; we play a fundamental role in helping them develop into self-confident and purposeful young adults as they navigate key stages of their physical and emotional growth. We must prepare them to enter the wider world beyond school, ensuring they look back on their “Vantage” experience as a happy and fulfilling chapter in their lives.
