Trek to Naag Tibba Height 3050 mtrs

Our girls of classes IX & X set off on a trek which had a set of multi tasking and learning experiences built in a five day course. The first stage was a two night acclimatization stay at Viraat Khai at a height of 2070 mtrs. Learning safety knots, rappelling, jumaring, trekking to a heritage village and understanding first hand the livelihood of the people of this area..
The next two nights were at Camp Kathiyan and trek to Naag Tibba. It was a grueling climb and a test of stamina and endurance. Camping in tents , sitting around the campfire and exchanging experiences, gazing at the crystal clear night sky with the stars and milky way spread overhead, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are some of the memories of this amazing, exciting trek…all the students and staff came away with a terrific sense of achievement.
