ADMISSION: GENERAL RULES

Following registration, all candidates are assessed on their aptitude and performance on minimal development levels required at the conclusion of the previous class and student’s general interest and writing skills.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION - The applicants are required to come ready with the following documents:
• Date of Birth Certificate issued by Government• Copy of Passport/ resident permit (for foreign students)
• Academic transcripts of class last attended• Duly filled Admission forms(provided by school)
• 12 recent passport size photographs• Transfer certificate from last school attended
• Photographs of parents/ local guardian• Supporting prescriptions of Medical history if any

SIBLING CONCESSION​

When the second child of the same parent takes admission, the school applies a 10% sibling rebate on the School fees of the younger sibling. This rebate is reduced to 5% upon one of the sisters passing out from the school.

Our Fee Categories Explained​

Registration Fee​

This fee is non-refundable and is deposited along with the Registration Form

Imprest Deposit

Advance for expenses, viz. notebooks, stationery, art & craft material, fine-art material, performing arts material, school photographs, workshops/seminars, exchange programs, external participations, special events and occasions, Model United Nations (MUN), School special functions & events, pocket money, toiletries, postage, telephone, birthdays, salon services, tuck shop, picnics, exam fees, late fees, expenses incurred on specialist medical referrals, medical insurance, out of school treatment, hospitalisation expenses, vaccinations, transport, escorted homeward/school ward journey, tours & treks, replenishment of school uniform/bedding or any equipment/kit, etc. are charged and adjusted against Imprest deposit

Joining Kit Charges

For providing sets of Uniform (Summer & Winter), Book Set, and bedding, once at the time of joining

PLEASE NOTE

  • Once the student has been accepted for admission all payments are to be made Immediately
  • The School reserves the right to review the fees periodically and the same shall be applicable to all students
  • The submission of a completed ‘Application for Admission’ form does not guarantee admission
  • The School fee shall be paid as per the fee payment plan.

FEE RULES

  • The Fee amounts are subject to revision, as advised by the School and Management, from time to time.
  • Parents are requested to pay the Fee before the due date.
    Payment after the due date shall entail a fine of 2% per month on the amount of arrears. Non- payment of dues and fine within 3 months from the due date, shall entail a further fine of 4% per month and may lead to the child’s name being struck off the Rolls of the School. The decision of the principal will be final in such cases.
  • Once the student has been accepted for admission, all payments are to be made immediately to confirm the admission.
  • TThe fee is payable half-yearly, i.e., in the month of March and September unless notified differently

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Fees are raised every year to cover the increase in staff salaries/inflation
  • Please ensure that the Demand Drafts are made out in the correct names
  • Please mention the Name and School No. of your child on the reverse of the Draft
