At Vantage Hall Girls’ Residential School, we recognize the importance of preparing our students for their future careers.
We offer entrance preparation for almost all undergraduate exams in India. Programs are available for Medical (NEET) to Engineering (JEE) to Law (CLAT, AILET) to Management (IPM, NMIMS, Symbiosis, Christ) to Humanities (Ashoka, OP Jindal, Symbiosis, Christ), Design (NIFT, UCEED) and SAT & AP (Foreign Universities).
Almost all classes are held on campus and are part of the school curriculum and calendar. We also offer in-house and external counseling for admissions to foreign universities.
Besides classes our dedicated counsellors play a crucial role in this process, providing a safe, caring, and positive environment where students can explore their aspirations and make informed decisions about their professional paths.

JEE & NEET

- Initially, we conduct a SWOT analysis for each batch and for the individual students.
- The results of the SWOT gives us a benchmark of the requirements of the batch.
- Batch size is kept very small, around 10 students, ensuring personalized care.

- Full Tests after the completion of the syllabus year and a Rapid Revision Course before the final exam.
- Conducting batch doubt clearing classes weekly and individual doubt classes and extra classes as per need.
- Constant monitoring, motivation, and counselling for all the aspirants to instill confidence and to remove fear psychosis. In the process we take care of the physical, mental, and social well-being of the child. The faculty plays the dual role of a teacher and a mentor.

The online portal i.e. Myzone.careerlauncher.com acts as the dashboard of our institute and serves the students with a variety of mocks, sectional and topic tests which can be either given online or offline as per the convenience of the student.

Vansh Nathani is an alumnus of The Doon School, an International Certified Career Coach recognised by the NCDA, USA & has been Certified by Saïd Business School, Oxford University in Executive Leadership. He is the Founder & Director at Educis, creating programmes for schools and universities to offer their students Bespoke Learning Programs. Some popular ones are MUN sessions, Public Speaking Soft Skills training for students and Teacher Training, Profile Building for Grades 8 and above and University Application & Admission Support. The list of speakers and trainers at each Conference includes TV Personalities, Ambassadors, stand-up comedians and various other artists.
Program Coordinators
NEET & JEE (Mr. Suresh Paliwal-Senior Coordinator & Ms. Payel Chowdhury)
As NEET and JEE coordinators we play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for all students. Acting as a bridge between students, teachers, and school administration, we ensure that every student stays on track with their learning materials, class schedules, and preparation for tests and mock exams. We monitor academic progress, provide support by identifying areas where extra classes or supplementary materials are needed, and follow up to ensure these resources are effectively utilized. Through consistent communication and organization, we foster an environment where every student can achieve their full potential.
Management, Law, Humanities (Mr. Parichay Durga)
As a coordinator for all exams other than NEET & JEE my main role is to guide and support students throughout their preparation journey. We provide detailed study materials and take regular tests. But I don't just want students to receive the study material or take the mock tests. I ensure they actually use the study material and properly analyze their mock test results. I want my students to take responsibility for their program, stay focused on what is being discussed in class, and take ownership of their homework. I also help them manage the balance between academic work and the demands of entrance exam preparation. Overall, as a coordinator, my role is to ensure personalized attention to address individual learning needs so they can excel in entrance exams and gain admission to the top universities. I am dedicated to creating a positive and supportive learning environment, ensuring every student is well-prepared to achieve their goals and succeed in their exams.

As the Career Planning Coordinator at Vantage Hall Girls’ Residential School, I facilitate collaboration with Mindler, a globally recognized career planning organization. We leverage technology, research, and machine learning to provide students with scientific, unbiased career guidance. We also hold several career fairs on campus, and colleges/universities visit us on a regular basis. Together, we guide students to unlock their potential, enabling them to make informed decisions and pursue their dreams with clarity and conviction.
