Food & Nutrition Workshop

This Sunday evening the students of Classes VII,VIII, IX & X had a special interactive workshop with Ms. Rastogi . She encouraged the girls to think about their everyday diet, its impact on their ability to study and play better and the long term effect of nutrition on our health
