Students participate in Yoga and Physical Education classes under the supervision of trained staff. Our girls have the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports using our world-class and child-friendly infrastructure.

Program Information
Training and Guidance
- Students are guided by coaches based on their age groups.
- Coaches follow a structured plan (rubrics) to decide what exercise or sport is conducted at specific times.
- Training focuses on learning game tactics, improving stamina and building speed and strength.
Specialized Diet and Support
- The school dietician provides a special diet for students, including items like sprouts and electrolytes.
- Students preparing for district, state or national tournaments receive:
- Personalized training
- Tailored workout plans
- Diet charts designed by the dietician
Daily Schedule
- Morning Routine (30 minutes): Includes general exercises one day and yoga or stretching on alternate days.
- Evening Sports (75 minutes): Students train in a sport of their choice under the supervision of coaches. Fruits are also provided to students before and after the workout session.

Sports form an essential part of our overall educational experience for our girls. Participation in sports helps our students become team players, develop confidence, learn self-discipline and leadership skills, and courage to stand up and compete. At Vantage Hall we strive to offer our girls the best in class athletic programs.
Our Squash, Tennis, Basketball, and Badminton courts are certified by respective world federations.
