Vantage Hall Girls’ Residential School successfully conducted a series of career guidance workshops and personalized counselling sessions for students of Grades 9 to 12 in collaboration with Mindler. The initiative aimed at equipping students with clarity, confidence, and well-informed direction for their academic and career journeys.
The workshops were thoughtfully tailored to each grade level:
- Grade 12: Entrance Exams, College Selection & Application Planning
- Grade 11: Profile Building & Entrance Exam Preparation
- Grade 10: Importance of Board Exams & Stream Selection Planning
- Grade 9: Importance of Profile Building & Academics
Students participated enthusiastically, displaying curiosity and readiness to explore their strengths, interests, and future opportunities. The one-on-one counselling sessions further helped them gain personalized insights and align their individual potential with the right career pathways.
